I am a Designer, Researcher and Strategist specializing in Design-thinking, Foresight and Systems-thinking, with a background in Marketing.I love working in cross-disciplinary teams to solve complex, ambiguous problems. I excel at synthesizing these problems with a human-centred approach, ultimately, creating strong, practical intervention strategies and implementation plans. I am very passionate about designing with empathy, and working on impactful projects, particularly surrounding the healthcare system and health equity. My 5+ years of experience in marketing helps me understand stakeholder needs, attitudes and behaviours, ensuring my strategies address these factors. Born and brought up in Bangladesh, I immigrated to Canada in my adolescent years. This experience has shaped my way of thinking, and I try to bring this dual perspective into all discussions.
