Ngan-Kim Luong is a Vietnamese artist and animator born in Australia who specialises in 2D work. She studied in the Experimental Animation program at OCAD University with a specialisation in digital painting and animation. Has various experiences within the animation production timeline and has taken on roles as an director, producer, storyboard artist and animator.
