Spencer is a Toronto-based strategist and designer. He has over six years of professional experience in political communications, working in both a partisan capacity with the Official Opposition at the Legislative Assembly of Ontario, and a nonpartisan capacity for various media pundits and advocacy organizations. He has a Bachelor of Urban and Regional Planning, and is graduating with his Honours Bachelor of Design in Advertising this spring. In his spare time, Spencer enjoys listening to live music, planning upcoming travel, and biking around the city.
