My name is Allysha (she/her) and I am a fourth year Industrial Design student at OCAD University minoring in Furniture Design.My specialty lies in designing and building custom furniture and guitars, using my trained ear for sound and eye for design to create one-of-a-kind pieces. In 2018 I won the Technological Design award from York Mills Collegiate Institute, and my work has been featured in Central Gallery located in downtown Toronto. I have over a decade of experience as a guitarist and I have earned several honors certificates in classical guitar and music theory from the Royal Conservatory of Music. My guitar playing has achieved a significant level of online exposure and engagement, garnering millions of views through various social media platforms.My goal as a designer and maker is to continue to my journey in combining my passions of music, design, and fabrication by pushing the boundaries of what is possible in guitar design.
