“The central theme of my works is coined "Morbid Pastel". It is characterized by the juxtaposition of dark themes and soft palette creating a deceptive colorful atmosphere of subtle horror.”
Liana Pena is a Filipino-born artist based in Toronto, ON. Through skillful illustrations, she has developed a style that invokes child-like fantasies of pastel colors and whimsical figures.
