Siqing Ye, also known as Rosena, is a Chinese nationality artist and animator. Her artwork style is mainly anime or cartoons, with personal experimental creative ideas on storytelling. Her inspiration comes from detailed objects in reality. It extends the objects in the abstract, sometimes combining her experiences in the past to recreate a dreamy world in the artwork to show herself instead of language communication. Besides the art category she’s focusing on right now, she also composes and arranges songs. She has played the piano since childhood. She is pleased to listen to different music genres to inspire deeper concepts and more complete storylines. Furthermore, she tries to improve her skills in writing novels. She is a current student at OCAD University, studying Drawing and Painting Expand Animation as a major. She works individually and creatively. Her goal is to innovate a unique style based on her skills and explore connections between any type of art.
