Michael Regan is a Toronto-based illustrator with a passion for cartoons and animation. He loves to draw funny, strange and cartoonish characters. Using digital and analog mediums he makes illustrations that he hopes will put a grin on someone's face. He's a funny and approachable person ... at least he thinks so.
