Daniel Hyuntack Oh is a Toronto-based artist and animator. He is graduating from OCAD University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Drawing and Painting with a specialization in animation. He focuses on exploring abstract, experimental, strange yet humourous ideas in mixed media including 2D, 3D and rotoscoping forms. He is fascinated by combining different techniques into a single piece, experimenting with animation to achieve unique aesthetics. He often engages in themes that explore one’s emotional state and expresses them in odd yet playful ways. His recent work United We Fall, Divided We Stand has been projected in BigArtTO, a city-wide public art exhibition featuring Toronto Artists.
