Born in Warwickshire, United Kingdom and moved to Canada in 2006, Jessica DiPietro is a cross-disciplinary painter who enjoys creating sculptural paintings. She spent 6 years in the Drawing and Painting Program. Her practice focuses on representations of the body and chronic pain in painting. She explores texture and materials, creating sculptures that function like paintings and pushing the boundaries of what is considered a painting.
