Experiential and Phenomenological design

“I create immersive wellness environments that influence human perception and emotion through the use of light, materials, and spatial sequencing. In my work, architecture functions as a sensory and psychological framework rather than a static container in residential areas, spas, and bathhouses.I employ light as a major architectural media, guided by phenomenological concepts, to choreograph transitions between exposure and introspection, darkness and illumination, and compression and release. In order to create an exchange between the synthetic and the organic, materiality is addressed tectonically, including natural materials while referencing brutalist traditions. My practice focuses on inclusive design, ensuring accessibility not only in function but in experience, accommodating diverse bodies, and sensitivities relationships to space. By using this strategy, I hope to build genuine human-centered, immersive, and beneficial spaces.”
