Over the last two years, I have been expanding my skills in the Strategic Foresight & Innovation (SFI) program. As an SFI student, I have developed skills in strategy, foresight, stakeholder and systemic analysis. In my final research project, I bring these together to explore power and maltreatment in Canadian sports. Using insights from primary and secondary research, I examine the structures of the existing system to identify influential factors and potential leverage points, ultimately presenting a series of strategic recommendations to move towards an ideal future of sports. Throughout the program, my passion for inclusion has led me to focus on topics that grapple with complex social problems. I am continuing this pursuit post-graduation, searching for work that allows me to apply these skills towards creating a positive social impact.Use my website link to read more about the projects I've worked on, or connect with me on LinkedIn.
