Yooni Park is Toronto based multidisciplinary artist working with video, sculpture and installation. Influenced by her past experiences, identity-based and sociological themes are central to her practice. Her current practice reconstructs experiences of struggles and detachment from society through gender inequality and identity crisis. Exploring the emotional journey through the intersection of social culture and personal experiences, she seeks to share, activate and empower her existence.
