“My latest work started from my relationship to daydreaming, not in a romantic way, but as something used to accept and to avoid emotions at the same time. I wanted to see what would happen if I didn’t explain a state of mind, but instead tried to give it a physical form. The images aren't about telling my story, I want the viewers to recognise something familiar in them, even if they can’t name it.”
