Jia Lim is a Toronto-based illustrator originally from South Korea. Formerly trained in Nursing Science, she worked as a neurology nurse for several years before embarking on her artistic journey. Drawing inspiration from psychology, philosophy, and personal experiences, she strives to capture the hidden, special moments in daily life that are often overlooked. Her illustrations radiate whimsy and positivity, inviting viewers to appreciate the beauty in the mundane. She is keen on creating editorial illustrations that delve into societal issues and human sciences, as well as illustrations for children's books.
