“This series is a representation of the mind's internal universe.With four paintings I map out a diagram of transformation. Representing theprocess of light which is divine or immaterial, fusing to the material world. Thisseries also speaks to an internal journey of transformation, of embodying yourdesire. In my process I experience transformation, by translating internalspaces into painting. Turning what cannot be seen intowhat can only be seen. Through this work I have learned that art is labour forlabour’s sake.”
