Isadara Bulaklak is a Tkaronto based, Philippine born artist. Their discipline includes drawing, painting, installation, video, and sound. Being a part of the Filipinx diaspora, much of their work speaks back to their experiences from both countries. Isadara often takes inspiration from folklore, mythology, and history incorporating elements of creatures and figures into their art. Isadara also takes inspiration from street art, combining materials such as spray paint and markers with traditional and digital medium. They enjoy collaging different elements and contextualizing them into new forms and hope to continue exploring new techniques and medium.
