Theo Rose is a queer textile artist, drag performer, and content creator, born and raised in Toronto. He is currently in his final year at OCADU (OCAD University), majoring in Material Art and Design. His textile work focuses on the queer experience, specifically investigating connections between space and community, and the constructive nature of memory. Combining screen printing and machine knitting, he explores these ideas through the creation of garments. He loves clothing for its ability to both be transformed by the wearer, and in turn, transform the wearer.
