Kaley Peddigrew is a multidisciplinary designer currently based in Toronto. Kaley is interested in the intersection between technology and art. Her current body of work, IRL, focuses on the relationship between our online and in real life presentations of self and identity; often using digital tropes and irony. "IRL (In Real Life) is a body of work accumulated over the past year as a product of my current fanaticism with online culture. The work is informed by online ephemera which is generated through our growing relationship with the digital world, as the distinction between online and irl blurs and the two become synonymous"Her work commonly utilizes materiality such as print media, publications, and photographic practices.
