Diana is a 22-year-old artist based in Toronto, Canada. Working primarily in sculpture and painting, she is driven by a passion for hands-on making and material exploration. Through her business, Diana Silla Designs, she has developed a practice in polymer clay sculpture, skills she also brings into her fine art practice. Her work examines contemporary issues of surveillance, scrutiny, and social pressure, using humor, mimicry, and playfulness to invite viewers in while revealing deeper layers of meaning.
