Ievgeniia Cherednikova [Ye-v-ge-ni-ya] is a Ukrainian artist living in Toronto whose main ideas are spirituality and how we encompass spirituality and experiences within. She creates her own realities, which she experiments on, and puts the ideas of love, happiness, and divinity at the forefront. Her work comprises paintings, textiles, and installations at the core of her intuitive investigation. Her priority is to facilitate an experience of feeling that Ievgeniia experiences at that moment. Ievgeniia works primarily with painting and textiles and uses elements of watercolor, acrylics, felting, knitting, oils, beads, and beeswax. In her process, she works intuitively and doesn't have a preconceived concept of what will comprise her artwork. Her main inspirations are eclectic Eastern and Ukrainian spiritualities as well as mystic art
