Jason Seto is mostly a digital media artist based in Toronto, Canada, mainly working with film, photography and 3D animation, utilizing and integrating techniques from various practices to create works that not only tell visual stories, but also to experiment with different color palettes and lighting techniques. He has a very cinematic approach to his practice, creating projects that resemble that of a motion picture that translates thoroughly into his photography and animation. He spends most of his time on his camera, thinking about ways in how to look at the world from a cinematic and photo-centric perspective, and how that can fundamentally affect the vision and direction an artist has for their practice.
