“My exhibition will be a desk before a decorated wall section, plastered with black construction paper under glow in the dark star stickers and a moon made to resemble the dream city of Somnopolis. The work itself will be in multiple physical copies, as well as a looping audiobook that people can listen to on headphones. There will be an interactive element with a written prompt that reads: "What are the craziest dream experiences you remember?". There will be pens and sticky notes available where people can write their answers and stick them on the wall with the others. ”
Since high school, Maximus Andrew has been honing is skills as a science fiction and fantasy writer. Always coming up with new ideas and concepts for stories, he is never afraid to venture bold worlds and dangerous ideas. Being a voice actor, he brings his words to life with his own mouth. Maximus got his bachelor of fine arts in creative writing from OCAD University in 2025, and has used the time spent there to hone his skills. Although his work spans magnificent settings that are out of this world, he always injects the characters with a sense of depth and familiarity, along with well thought out stories. When he's not working, he enjoys movies and video games, as well as comics, novels and audiobooks. Always looking for new ideas to explore or inspiration to spur on the next project.
