
(Thom) Jeffrey Garcia is an interdisciplinary designer and educator who taught studio, visual media, and introduction to design foundations at the University of Manitoba's Faculty of Architecture. He is currently a Sessional Lecturer at the University of Toronto Daniels Faculty of Architecture, Landscape, and Design. Jeffrey is a partner at oISO (Office in Search Of), a collaborative design research practice.
