Glace is a play of words with the French translation for ice, 'glace' and English term glass. The piece is based on rain on a frozen window, placing the viewer in an indoor setting. Through the use of acrylic gloss medium, color, and line, the audience is meant to feel a sense of calmness and peace, watching rainfall on a cold evening.
