A glance upwards in a forest offers an image that begs to be contemplated. Tree branches know to grow around each other and other things. Bare winter treetops mirror the shape of the veins and nerves and bronchioles inside our bodies. A glance downwards into the reflection of a puddle offers these same intelligences and more. What does the reflection tell us?
