The beings of the planet "Suth" have many species that live among them. Their population has a diversity of over 1200 different races and lifeforms. Word spread throughout the Galaxy that there is a Legendary Artifact called the "Layule", which is said to be the tool of infinite possibilities, and that the artifact might reside on the planet "Suth" in the country of "Bouy". Many extraterrestrials flock to the planet in constant search of the legendary artifact. The Bouy's habitants known as Shibuyans, in the dusk of nightfall, are met by a race of beings flying in odd Spacecrafts. This race calls themselves the "Yuki-Yuki" or "Yuki" for short. The Yuki race of beings is peaceful and has been searching for the legendary artifact since their planet was devoured by a creature that they praised as a God. The "Yuki - Yuki" named this creature "Pet", as it was once small and docile with a voracious appetite for soup, cuddles, affection, and praise. Eventually, after years of feeding Pet their soup, it grew to an enormous size. The Soup they were feeding Pet had too many nutritious vitamins, minerals, and proteins. The Yuki's soup feeding made " Pet grow over 100 years to the size of the planet and one day "Pet" ate "Muy - Yuki", the planet where the "Yuki" people called home. The "Yuki" people now searched to find the "Layule" (the artifact of infinite possibilities), to restore their planet and race. They hoped also to make their God-named "Pet" small again. This scene depicts the Bonslawa (emperor of religious rule and king) " P'To " meeting " Ru " the third king of Bouy, and son of "Ronethes" the first king communicating for the first time. They exchange gifts and food in parcels as a symbol of love and peace. The "Yukis" were not the only beings seeking the powers of the "Layule", but P'To and Ru desire this tool too. Hence, a treaty was formed known as the " Bouy and Yuki Treaty of Year 13" after the Layule's known existance.
