Friends with the Monsters

I've learned to make peace with my anxieties and doubts. It's difficult to not listen to those little voices inside your head. But it's easier to tell a friend that you need a positive environment to flourish. In this painting, I discuss the Monster's living inside us and how we need to befriend them instead of fighting them. The feelings of doubt, insecurity, and fear cannot control your decisions to create a better version of your life. Think of the best version of your life. Now go try to live it.
