Painting
For this work I was inspired by the full spectrum of colour and every hue and shade that lies within. Flowers are the perfect vessel for an exploration of colour because their complex and intricate structure allows me to pair vibrant pure pigments in the light with muted earth tones in the shadows. The final result is uplifting and harmonious. Through my work I aim to create paintings that are not only beautiful but show a deep appreciation for colour’s full spectrum and what a marvel it is.
