If knowledge is what you seek, then the infinitely expanding library of the Searchers and Keepers of Knowledge is for you. A quite organised group, with searchers who go out to the wasteland to find any scriptures that seem useful, the older the better, and keepers who preserve and copy these scripts so they might hopefully never be lost. They are protective of their vast library and rarely let insiders in, but what a wonder it is. With tomes of any topic that spans the whole of history, sciences, and more. If you have a question, the keepers know the answer.
