No Party for Cao Dong Memoir

This is a memoir for No Party for Cao Dong (草東沒有派對) rock band from Taiwan, 2012-2021, including a commemorative CD. Also to commemorate Drummer Fan Tsai, who passed away in 2021.In recent years, the band cannot take off the key words like 'world-weary' and 'Loser', because they are always in the short lyrics filled with powerless and helpless. This nothingness, with a sense of hopelessness in its core, runs through all their works, creating a sense of empathy for people who 'feel like they’ve ended many days before they’ve even started', and feel like they’re living 'the rest of their lives'. Their world-weariness has aroused a sense of empathy among music fans. Some say they represent the collapse generation. The muddy bookcase is just like their lyrics in the song Mud: 'What a beautiful heart, how can it become a pool of mud.'
