The hustle and bustle of downtown areas can lead to feelings of anxiety due to high population density and lack of access to nature. However, hotels can provide a much- needed respite for individuals seeking a reprieve from the chaotic surroundings. In this project, the theme of "flow" is expressed through the constant movement of guests in and out of the hotel. With a diverse customer base comprised of various groups of people, the hotel's surroundings in downtown Toronto add to the ambiance, combining both the beauty of the environment and the intense energy of city life.

“The primary design objective is to provide guests with an immersive natural atmosphere, enabling them to indulge in the beauty of the hotel's third space. The goal is to create an environment that encourages individuals to unwind and fully immerse themselves in the surroundings. Whether relaxing in the guest rooms or exploring the common areas, the natural ambiance will serve as a backdrop for a truly tranquil experience.”
