Where's the Exit?

A virtual environment inspired by surreal liminal spaces, particularly Jared Pike's Dream Pools.

“This work was in combination a study of Jared Pike's Dream Pool renderings, as well as an opportunity to familiarize myself with Unity Shader Graph and post-processing. I designed custom shaders for the wall tiling, the water, as well as the "neon" signs scattered throughout the space.The idea behind Where's the Exit is being both fascinated by the beauty and tranquility of the glistening waters, while simultaneously not knowing how you arrived there, nor how to escape. Signs lead to dead ends, except for an arrow that points to a blinding glow of light.”
