Disabled Employment Service System

Disabled people are the largest minority group in the world and are highly vulnerable to poverty and unemployment. It is also hard to gain social recognition due to prejudice and discrimination.According to my local research, disabled people in Toronto, where I live, face various difficulties. One of the most important is that they couldn't get a stable economic source, which led to subsequent problems. So I designed a new employment service system for the disabled, working with the government and companies to help the disabled. The system mainly serves the disabled but can also help governments save money and help companies provide labour, reputation and related benefits.
