Just a Little Taste

"Just a Little Taste" explores childhood nostalgia and connecting back to my inner child. The work depicts myself as a kid, while looking down in front of my birthday cake before the candles were placed—overcome by feelings of happiness and excitement to taste the icing. With this, I revisit the naivety and ability to find joy in the littlest things, as a simple childhood moment can become a fond core memory.
