Biocontrol is a form of pest control that utilizes other plants or animals to control pests, eliminating the need for chemical pesticides. Such as the use of ants in a citrus orchid that was employed in ancient China, a certain predator ant species was used that does not eat any of the produce and instead eats other pests . Also included in this image, is the use of ducks in various styles of gardens and farms as pest control from snails, slugs and other plant damaging pests.
