Part of an ongoing series of paintings on plexiglass, Clouds and Waves is grounded in personal experiences with culture and identity. It represents the spiritual journey from fragmentation to alignment within oneself. The painting explores the notion that alignment is an ever-changing state, in which sometimes we may be closer to who we want to be, while at other times, further away.
