Through a decentralized gamified circular economic business model, Nike Sole Creator gives people the ability to create footwear that evolves with them throughout their lifetime to promote athletic longevity and a commitment towards sustainable innovations to "protect the future of sport".
“For this project I wanted to utilize the various design competencies I have acquired throughout my life and incorporate them with topics I am passionate about. Utilizing a foresight and human centered research methodology in combination with circular product design and biological principles of sustainability, my project's intent is to conceptualize a localized industrial footwear solution that addresses environmental, economic, social, and human centered problems resulting from our current systems and products.”
