A Glimpse of Growing Up as a Second Gen Filipino in Canada

A Glimpse of Growing Up as a Second Gen Filipino in Canada is a zine showcasing a snippet of growing up as a second-generation in Canada. It explores the idea of community where others that one can connect with, share similar beliefs and values and provide a space where they can feel like they belong. Using my own personal stories, I wanted to share my experiences that others may relate to and recognize some symbols as well. I wanted to create something that can be physically shared with people and possibly be a conversation started in a social setting.
