Notice that there are family & city association located in Chinatown Downtown Toronto providing ser- vice letting people gathering. Now there are developer trying to buy land for new condos. Because of the traffic and parking, less and less people come to visit or use the facilities in Chinatown and the network and culture just fading away. What I what to do is to keeping Chinatown alive by bring in new blood which is international student from China and using building own by family & city association provide them accommodation and service they need in order to settle in Toronto.
