Vera is more than just getting from point A to point B, it is about transforming the travel experience. Finally bringing nature and it’s positive benefits into the vehicle to improve rider’s health. The vehicle can be a high stress environment, with safety concerns, bad air quality, and increased blood pressure. Vera will create an protective oasis in the urban jungle. Bringing two self-sustaining plant walls inside the future robotaxi, to increase air quality, reduce blood pressure, and increase rider happiness. All through an experience that is innate to human beings at the core.
“I wanted to create a thesis that showcased my skills learned, helps others, and connects to what I believe in as a person. My mission was to push the idea of travel in our current day to where I see it going in the future. In the future we need to work more closely with nature in order to thrive as people and a society, and we can learn to live symbiotically with nature. I thought it was best to pursue an area of our life where greenery has been overlooked and forgotten about, yet a place that could thrive from the inclusion of nature. The future vehicle could become a micro-ecosystem that helps us in our daily travel. ”
