The underlying concept of this hotel project in Downtown Toronto's Fashion District on King Street is based on the desire for flow and connectivity.

“The goal is to create a seamless experience for guests as they move through the various spaces of the hotel, from the lobby to the guest rooms and amenities. This will be achieved through careful consideration of the design elements, such as the layout, materials, and lighting, to ensure that there is a consistent aesthetic and functional purpose throughout the space. Additionally, the design will incorporate elements of the fashion district, such as local artwork and textures, to create a sense of place and celebrate the surrounding community.”
