Comfort women were women kidnapped and forced into sexual slavery during WW2 by the Japanese Imperial Army. These women were particularly taken from countries such as Korea, China, and the Philippines. They were forced to live in inhumane conditions while being subjected to the use of the army. As for the yokai, Kappa are Japanese folklore creatures depicted as aquatic reptilian humanoids. While depicted in popular media nowadays, Kappa are actually known for assaulting women, taking children, and violence.
