Concrete Block

Have you ever been working and get stuck and not know the next steps? This painting represents creative blocks and how we grow to overcome them. The colours are important to this piece because they mimic a concrete planter in the city. The grey concrete wraps itself around a mound of soil. The tree cannot spread its roots through the concrete, so they break the concrete and find cracks to grow above ground. When you get stuck on an idea, don't stop growing. Break barriers and overcome those hard concrete walls. It might take some time but your strength will create a breakthrough.
