“Part of a body of work utilizing laser cut plexiglass "Expressions In Progress" is an exploration of a dualistic identity, the ability to exist as two separate expressions at the same time. As a two-spirited individual containing aspects of the masculine and the feminine, the two energies intertwine creating a synergistic effect of identity. The work seeks to embody the embrace of alternate opposing figures intertwining into a single form.”
