Azure Horizon is a low poly 3D platformer adventure game exploring the mythical journey of Aurora, the Roman goddess of the dawn, who must travel from the East to the West to secure a path for the Sun to rise and set. Aurora takes the form of an ethereal wolf wrapped in light with a faint glow surrounding her, as well as a tail made of the Aurora Borealis. Aurora can travel between the worlds of light and dark, unlike her brother Sol and sister Luna, who must reside in their worlds of light and dark respectively. Her brother Sol asks Aurora to find his light to sprinkle it across the sky from East to West because their sister Luna has fixed the Moon in the sky in order to rule over the world of the night forever.We focused heavily on lighting, aesthetic, and puzzle mechanics in this game concept.The game will be refined and expanded upon moving forward into a fully shipped title.
