Feeling Human Again

"Feeling Human Again." A pseudo self help book I designed with the purpose of helping aid men dealing with male loneliness and those looking to help those around them.

“The books purpose is to help people to take the first step towards helping themselves and escape the current epidemic that is male loneliness. The other half of the book is used to inform those who are not personally dealing with male loneliness but know someone who potentially is or just want to know how they could possibly help. I call this book a pseudo self help book because its not designed to tell someone how they can be saved, they need to actively work towards that goal of feeling human again with the help of their family and friends. ”
