Small tapestry inspired by the colours of the water during the OCADU art trip to Awenda Provincial Park, wool and cotton yarns, embroidery floss, 5 1/2" x 8"

“As I sat on the shores of Georgian Bay at Awenda Provincial Park, I was captivated by the colours and sounds of the water and shapes of the rocks. With the colours of the water fixed in my mind I experimented with translating them into the small tapestry that accompanies my plein air studies. ”
