Early Spring Cybernetics

Growing up in different places has led me to recollect memories in fragments, which come together to form my multicultural identity. To explore this concept, I combined parts from Taiwanese school buildings, Canadian landscapes, and a blend of my friends' facial features. The title's "Cybernetics" relates to the way machines and living things learn through control and communication. It occurred to me that my process of identity formation is similar to how machines learn the patterns and images of living things. By gathering and processing data from various sources, I have constructed something new - something that is uniquely me.
