“This illustration depicts a business woman attempting to sleep in her tiny apartment window in a busy, crowded, lively city. Through this piece, I sought to express that by venerating busy, active lifestyles, winding down can be difficult, especially by taking into consideration our over-productive habits and our over-stimulating environments. Within the industrious and active milieus that are big cities, we often forget to take the time to rest and recharge.”
