aka. Ève,
“I work at the intersection of the humanities and the sciences--of biology and art, of knowledge and imagination, of fact and fiction. A fundamental part of my artistic process consists in observing the intricacies of nature and anatomy, of people and of life’s happenings. Revealing insights contained within these concepts is what moves me to create. Through my contemplative, analytical, and meditative artistic process, I hope to unveil human life’s sensibilities.”
Greetings! I’m a French-Canadian illustrator studying and working in Ottawa and Toronto. By focusing on depicting humanness, the union of biology and art, as well as fictitious and non-fictitious imaginative worlds and characters, I invite onlookers to ponder their inner depths and contemplate the workings of the world around them.
